The Role:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients, placing orders as needed.

• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.

• Training: Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and techniques.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional dining experiences.

• Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to receive feedback and provide a personalised dining experience.
